Join us for the Windsor Fitness Expo on Saturday, September 13th at the LaSalle Event Centre! This high-energy, one-day event brings together Windsor-Essex’s fitness community with local athletes, fitness challenges, and a full market of health-focused exhibitors.

2025 Windsor Open Jiu Jitsu Tournament
Uncle MMA is proud to host the 2nd annual Windsor Open BJJ Tournament May 24th 2025. This will features kids & adults with both Gi and No-Gi divisions available to compete in for all! Yes this year we are adding a Kid’s No-Gi division due to high demand!
Add a second, third or even fourth division for only $30 more each! So for the price of roughly 2 full registrations you could be in 4 divisions! (Adult only for 4 divisions but kids do now have 2!)
